Timeless Creations is a mobile application that provides information about our custom design services, including:

• 3D textured panels and premium interior solutions
• Product catalog and portfolio showcase
• Contact and consultation request services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without authorization
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

We strive to provide accurate product information and pricing in the App. However:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timeless Artwork Creations LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Timeless Artwork Creations LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
